We regret due to stringent anti spam filters we do not respond to all e-mails from a source not in our customer database, however we try our best to answer genuine queries. We regret not all calls will be answered on the telephone numbers mentioned on this site. Customers will on e-mail request be sent a direct line number to overcome this problem. For trade customers please submit enquiries to our factory sites.

Warning to Tele-Sales

All our telephone numbers are registered under the TPS and therefore making unsolicited calls for direct marketing purposes will lead to enforcement action being taken under The Privacy and Electronic Communications (EC Directive) Regulations 2003. Such Telesales are illegal and we will not hesitate to seek you out and bring proceedings against any person or individual that violates these regulations.

Ample Parking

For the Armada Way shop the easiest place to park is the Armada centres car-park next to Sainsburys. You can then simply descend the escalator to the lower floor where we are situated next to the entrance.

For the Drake Circus shop the new car-park in the Drake Circus shopping centre is one venue and the Regent Street car-park is another. Both car-parks are within 2 minutes walk from the shop which is opposite plymouth University.
