Blue Shell Silver Necklace .

The pendant is suspended from a 16 inch silver snake chain.

The diameter of the pendant measures approximately 40 mm. The weight of the necklace is roughly 12 grams. Only pure sterling silver is used throughout and this quality necklace is conveyed in a gift box.

The pendant is 6 mm deep which tapers to a centre measurement of 4mm. This gives the necklace a chunky look despite its relative medium weight.

The reverse side of the pendant shows the natural green colours of the paua-shell which has been artificially dyed on the face to give it the magical blue colour.

As you can see from the image the chain is attached by a spring loaded ring clasp. The chain is 1mm thick and has a smooth, silky feel to it.
