The quality of the white stones makes them hard to distinguish from real diamonds. The pendant bale is attached to a ring located at the top of the heart which swings with free movement from it.

The heart has a width of 25 mm. It weighs approximately 4 grams. The oval shaped stones are of such quality that it really is difficult to tell them apart from real diamonds. Each stone is clawed into its setting. The reverse of the pendant has a small window behind each stone to allow for light and visual access.
