Citrine is a yellow quartz stone which is remarkably hard and resistant to scratches. The slight cloudiness inside the stones confirm they are natural citrines and not 'burnt' amethyst or smoky quartz so often found in today's jewellery. It is naturally found in close proximity to Amethyst.
Citrine is the birthstone for November. Amongst its properties it is said to cure anger and to protect you from sudden death.
A colourful basket of gemstones set in a sterling silver pendant. The two central stones are citrines which have been multi faceted to enhance their colour and clarity. Offset from the citrines are four oval shaped Garnets. To add further colour two peridots (green) and six amethyst stones (purple) have been added.
