1.Ordering & Payment
Sorry but we cannot deliver items to an address that is different to the account holders address otherwise it may void the purchasers protection offered by paypal or credit card company. Please note we do not accept any gift vouchers online due to the increased risk of credit card fraud. Neither can we accept postal orders or cheques.

Unfortunately if you make a mistake with ring sizes, it is difficult for us to replace the wrong size free of delivery charges however the postal fees are generally only £2.95 for UK addresses.
Most of our Silver jewellery is dispatched in either Silverstall gift boxes or Silverstall velvet pouches except for the Silver Chokers due to their size and shape. All costume jewellery, will be packaged in a self sealed package. We believe the product is more important than the packaging, which not only helps to reduce the price but also reduces the environmental impact associated with excess packaging.
The silver jewellery is stamped with the convention mark (925) and/or Hallmark which warrants that the metal used contains at least 92.5% silver.
5.Delivery & Returns
Our Jewellery will (unless its a UK bank holiday) be posted within three working days of the Silverstall receiving your order. If any article is temporarily unavailable we will contact you by E-mail to either arrange a new delivery time or issue a refund. You will be notified by E-mail when your order has been sent. We only deliver items to the Paypal billing address used to process the payment.
The items on sale in this website constitute an invitation to treat. If you accept the price and make an order that is an offer. If we accept the order and your charge card or paypal account is debited that is acceptance of the offer. Until that point either party can withdraw from the transaction as no contract has been made.
If the items are returned because they were sent to the paypal account holders address which was subsequently changed by the account holder or was incorrectly supplied by the account holder, we can only be responsible for refunding the cost of the jewellery - not the postage fees. When returning items please ensure they are sent by special delivery as usually there is no compensation available for jewellery sent by recorded delivery.
All jewellery will be sent by Royal Mail. For orders in excess of £20 the items will be sent by special delivery. For orders less than £20 the items will be sent by signed for delivery, for which their loss or theft in the post will at all times be the responsibility of the buyer. You are protected for orders above £20 when the loss or theft in the post will be met by us - unless it is proven the loss or theft occurred by virtue of your own action or direction.
Please ensure you are available to sign for the package when it arrives. Normally the post office will leave an abortive delivery card and will hold it in your local sorting centre for 7 working days before returning it to us. If we have to re-send it then we reserve the right to make an additional postal charge to cover the additional postal fees incurred. Please do not sign for the package if it appears to have been opened in any way or if the seal has been broken. In those circumstances the post office will return the package to us.
For overseas deliveries a postal charge of £4.50 will apply to all orders. Please add the £4.50 to the order on our sending silver jewellery abroad page.
Items can be exchanged up to the purchase price of the original order within 30 days of the order. This is subject to the article being in perfect condition. Under no circumstances can a third party apply for an exchange or refund. It can only be carried out by the card or account holder who made the purchase. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause however you will appreciate it is necessary to reduce credit card and online fraudulent activity. If the item is proved to be faulty then we shall of course honour your statutory rights and issue a refund. Moreover under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2014 you have the right within 14 calender days of receipt of the items to return them for a refund.(this only applies to online purchases and does not extend to items bought in our shops) Please return them to our Plymouth address We cannot be held responsible for the postage unless they were proved to be faulty. In respect of body jewellery and earrings please exercise reasonable care by not removing them from the sealed hygiene bag which is transparent and clear to enable a reasonable examination of them to be made. In respect of watches, if the battery has drained, we will replace the battery free of charge within 12 months. In respect of silver bangles if you wish to exchange them please ensure the silver bangle is not bent or pulled out of shape. Any refunds can only be sent to the same address as the billing address used by Paypal in processing order.
